Session 1: Introduction
- Introduction & Orientation to the course.
Session 2: Landing Page Foundation + Tool available to Create.
Duration: 1.5 hrs
- What makes a landing page convert — the 7-block anatomy (Hero, Problem, Solution, Proof, Offer, Objections, CTA)
- How to read any brief and break it into a page structure before opening any tool
- Lovable vs Bolt vs Stitch — quick honest comparison, why we're going Lovable-first
- Lovable setup: workspace, GitHub link, project structure
- Quick 20-min build to demonstrate the full workflow (with prompt)
- Bolt and Stitch — 10 min each, just enough to know when to switch tools
Outcome: Students can prompt Lovable confidently and know the framework.
Session 3: The prompting framework that actually works in Lovable
- Hero prompt structure
- Section-by-section prompting vs full-page prompting
- Editing prompts vs rebuild prompts
- How to fix common Lovable mistakes without breaking the page
- Desinging the page with same prompt
Session 4: Deep Design Session 1 — Building 2 Industry Pages Live
Duration: 2 hrs — This is the heaviest design session
Cover 2 industries today because the design depth is high. Pick the two most structure-rich:
Page 1: Real Estate (lead-form heavy)
- Reference teardown of 2 winning pages
- Build live: hero with project visuals, amenities grid, floor plans, location, EMI block, lead form
- Mobile responsiveness (real estate = 80%+ mobile)
Page 2: Healthcare — Clinic / Hospital
- Trust-signal-driven design (credentials, reviews, before/after)
- Build live: hero with appointment CTA, doctor profiles, services, testimonials, location/timings, appointment form
- Compliance basics — what to claim and not claim
Cross-cutting design lessons taught here (used in all later pages):
- Image sourcing and AI image use inside Lovable
- Custom fonts, color systems, brand consistency
- Section spacing, hierarchy, mobile breakpoints
- Forms — single-step vs multi-step, when to use which
Session 5: Deep Design Session 2 — 2 More Industry Pages
Duration: 2 hrs
Page 3: Salon / Local Business
- Offer-led hero, services with pricing, gallery, booking, Google Maps
- Faster build since structure overlaps healthcare — use the saved time for advanced design
- Advanced design polish: animations in Lovable, custom CSS edits, dark mode toggle
Page 4: Education / Course / Coaching
- Outcome-driven hero, "who is this for / not for", curriculum accordion, instructor authority, testimonials with results, pricing tiers, FAQ, sticky CTA
- Webinar/masterclass registration page variant
Session 6: Final 2 Pages + Hosting + Lead Automation (Sheets + CRM)
Duration: 2 hrs
Page 5: SaaS — feature-benefit hero, product demo, feature blocks, pricing, free trial CTA Page 6: B2B Lead Gen — same skeleton as SaaS but demo-booking CTA, case studies, Calendly embed
Build these two faster (45 min combined) — by now students are quick.
Then — and this is the bigger half of the session — the lead capture system:
- Hosting deep-dive:
- Lovable's built-in hosting
- Custom domain connection (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare DNS)
- SSL, redirects, www vs non-www
- Lead automation — taught once, applies to all 6 pages:
- Form webhook architecture (the universal pattern)
- Connecting forms to Google Sheets via Zapier / Make / native webhook (lead automation)
Session 7: GTM Mastery Track Everything, Once (By UT)
Duration: 2 hrs — This is the most technical session, by design
Your point is right — once GTM is set up properly, everything else (Ads, Pixel, Clarity, GA4) plugs into it. So teach GTM as the foundation, then layer tools on top.
- Why GTM is the only tool you need to master for tracking (and why students should never paste raw scripts into pages again)
- GTM account, container, and workspace setup
- Installing the GTM container into a Lovable site (one-time, applies to all pages)
- Tags students will set up live in this session (connect other properties with GTM)
- Google Analytics 4
- Google Ads conversion tracking (lead generation)
- Meta Pixel
- Microsoft Clarity
Session 8: Launch, Optimize & Sell This as a Service
Duration: 1.5 hrs
- Pre-launch QA checklist:
- Speed test (PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix)
- Mobile test on real devices
- All forms submitted and tested
- All GTM tags firing
- Monetization — turning this skill into income:
- Pricing landing page services (one-time vs retainer)
- Deliverables to promise (and what NOT to promise)
- Sample proposal and scope-of-work template
Session 9:
- Capstone Projects
- Doubt & Question Answer Session.
